Providing the highest tier of legal consulting services to the best law firms.

VISION

The best law firms need the best work product.

CCH Law was founded in March 2025 with the goal of making the highest tier of legal services available to law firms of all sizes on a consulting, or a "contract," basis.

Chris Hayes, CCH Law's Principal, is a Stanford alum and former four-year Judicial Law Clerk for a U.S. District Judge.  Chris has extensive experience working in a variety of law firm environments—from multiple global commercial litigation practices, to the City Attorney's Office of Fort Collins, CO, to a nationally prominent Chambers Band-1 construction firm.  Chris is a tenth-year lawyer with a deep background in complex litigation and both review and negotiation of very large construction contracts.  Most importantly, Chris understands the challenges of building a winning case or a solid deal and will be there to help you and your clients across the finish line.

If your firm needs help with complex cases—including assessments, strategy, dispositive motions, difficult commercial contracts, or ongoing project support—don't hesitate to reach out.
