VISION

  • The "Chambers Perspective" - Principal Attorney Chris Hayes spent four years as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.  This experience provides a distinct tactical advantage.  CCH doesn't just draft legal briefs.  It crafts compelling narratives supported by comprehensive research courts can rely on. Build credibility with the court, thrill clients, and maximize the value of your cases.

  • Elite Execution - Chris learned to write at Stanford and Oxford before graduating from University of San Diego Law, Magna Cum Laude (top 5%), and practicing for ten years at top firms.  CCH delivers intellectual rigor that matches or exceeds that of "Big Law."  Think "Partner-level" work product—ready-to-file briefs, not rough drafts that require heavy editing.

  • Seamless Capacity & Profitability - CCH operates as a frictionless extension of your firm.  It handles its own overhead and technology, billing on an hourly or per-project basis to generate strong profit on all work.  Whether you're aiming to achieve or defeat summary judgment, dismiss a case on the pleadings, or set up a favorable settlement, CCH offers immediate high-level support without the heavy overhead of a top associate hire.
